      A few of windows kept falling down it was so bad I thought they would take one of my fingers off one day. I called about 3 other local glass companies before I called Dr Js and none of them could fix the window, they all wanted me to order new replacement windows. Tom came to my home looked at the issue and told me I could replace the balances in the window and I wouldnt have to order a whole new window. He came back a few days later and now all my windows operate correctly. They saved me a ton of money with their balance replacements!
