This place is an unacceptable, disgusting, nightmare of a treatment facility. Even if I could look pass the intake persons purple hair, brass knuckles, and yuck mouth. My brain still can not wrap around her inhumane behavior and her lack of education and life's basic skills, she also had zero people skills. The gentleman she called to assist her in the intake process, behaved more like a probation officer, who hated his life and job. I am currently contacting the appropriate agencies to look into this facility, no way should tax payers money be used to operate this type of place. I would not leave a dog in there care!!!

Okay big red flag on this place unless you have no other choice or just cant afford anywhere else then dont go to ARC the staff namely Anthony Felix is ahorrible person who violated my patients rights herrassed me daily and this short maggot looking x gang banger is a supervisor just because i am schitzophrenic and have high anxiety his bitch ass tried kicking me out Elvis a different worker deprived me of the bathroom and thought it was funny tomake me defficate my self till i said i would file a grevance against him at which point he kissed my ass with appologies the majority of staff are either x gangsters who turned snitch or drug addicted junkies or both everyone there is scared to lash out for fear of the consiquences please do not go to ARC until Anthony and Elvis are fired you will hate the staff but love the recovering addicts Benny another basterd staff membor shouldnt be kicked out but should be re evaluated the food sucks and they dont let you record or take pictures

I am currently a client at American Recovery Center and they have helped me out a lot. I have learned many things about myself and all the staff are wonderful. I am currently in the last phase of the program where I am responsible for myself and am trusted to go job searching and build a support system outside of treatment. I highly recommend this program.

Used to be great but has gone severely down hill. They claim to be changing the program and want every out well before their program is finished. They also decided to over double the fees in the meantime for my mother-in-law who is currently in the program there. They gave her 30 days to find a new place and aren't even helping her look. Also they said since she is in move-out on the system (even though she still pays them), they wont help her get to doctor appointments or help her at all anymore. Absolutely outrageous. I wish I knew how to send a company to investigate them, because there is something going on there. They treat the people in the program horrible instead of with a helping attitude. They definitely see the dollar and not the people behind it. I do not suggest going here. Send your family member elsewhere. They currently claim to now only accept prison females with children.
