General Info
St. Clair County Community Mental Health provides public mental health services and supports to adults with mental illnesses, children with serious emotional disturbances, individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders with a focus on integrated health. In order to best fulfill the needs of persons served, staff are trained in the following evidence based practices/promising practices: Dialectical Behavioral Treatment (DBT), Family Psychoeducation (FPE), Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT), Parent Management Training Oregon (PMTO), Recovery and Illness Management, Supported Employment (SE), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). Individuals are offered customized treatment opportunities focused on their specific recovery needs.
