Dock construction and attempted repair of defects have cost about $15,000. From the first sign of defects, the business owner began to put us off with excuses and lies. When the repair was made, it was very unprofessional and inherently unsound structurally. I have 20 years experience in welding, and his welds were very substandard. One piling is very crooked and was repaired unsafely, without structural integrity. U-rings holding the floating dock to the pilings are crooked. The floating dock used to sit straight in the water and since this business has touched it, it is now crooked, dipping in the water by a few degrees. The ramp from the fixed dock to the floating dock rests on two plastic wheels that move as the tide changes. One of these wheels has almost completely broken and is gouging the wood of the floating dock. Customer service started off with excuses at the first sign of problems and are now bullying, threatening, and insulting.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY IN THE AREA INSTEAD!!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS!!!!!

Outstanding quality. I have been getting quotes from local companies to replace my dock and boatlift. They came and provided suggestions that I reviewed. I noticed the difference in the hardware and it was also manufactured by them. Price was more than competitive, quality was superior and it was done in 2 days. I recommend them for everyone in the area.
