Stay away from this business! Told me floors would be sanded all the way done to original wood, then would add 3 coats of finish. NOT sanded all the way down, can still see pencil drawing on the floor. THEY DON'T FILL ANY HOLES AT ALL!!!!!! There were some gouges in our floor (not by them). They never told us they weren't going to fill them. They just half sanded and then coated over them with a satin spray. When I complained about the holes, Vinnie came back and filled them with off white wood putty. My floors are the color of dark maple or oak. They left them with off white dots EVERYWHERE! I asked why they weren't filled with a matching putty, but they apparently only carry the cheap stuff in their truck. I asked Jim (I think that's his only employee) if the spots could be stained. He told ME to go to a hardware store. Not happy with these two guys at all! I have lots of pictures if you want to see their work!
