Two years ago i ordered grommet curtains and rods, which were of decent quality. Since that time i have had to consider the company as SPAM online and, a constant annoyance with their catalogs full of over-priced goods. If you are without a nearby library ( and in need of reading material) and don't care about trees cut wantonly to produce such catalog drivel, order something from these people.

For many years I was a SYW customer, and particularly in the last 6 years after building new home. I purchased two small throw rugs made in India as it turned out, which I placed in an unused bedroom about 4-5 years ago. Online order consisted of $250. worth of curtains. which included $31.99 for shipping via UPS, determined by item(s) value...not wgt. Upon delivery, I visited UPS website and calculated shipping by using ZIPs, wgt.(using my digital scale) and pkg size. According to UPS website, if I shipped same pkg. I would have been charged $17.45!!! BUYER BEWARE of paying more than double the actual shipping cost. Products are mostly OK but this outfit GOUGES you on shipping cost! SHAME!
