Reviews help potential problems... This is my worst experience with any advertising company to date. The sales person that sold me on Benchcraft has been let go. They over charged me $750.00 and still haven't refunded it. In fact they are arguing with me in saying I approved the charge yet I have 3 contracts for $750.00 not 4. I agreed to the first golf course guide for $750.00 the sales person called me back soon after with another similar offer at another course for $750.00 and soon after that the third call and email was for 2 courses for $750.00. They charged me for 4 at $750.00. The sales person said the guides will be going out in May, we are in September and they still haven't been received by all of the golf courses. The size of all of my adds were suppose to be at least business card sized but some were smaller and near impossible to read. I was promised hard copies 2 months ago and haven't received them. They offered me comps for next year to make up for the issues and today I was told if I go after the $750.00 to forget the comps. I will not stop posting the truth about Benchcraft until I get results. I don't think they are deliberately scamming people but they are very broken and the sinking hole is getting deeper and deeper. Words of advice... "Never be dragged down with a sinking ship."

Bench Craft helped me put together a very nice looking ad. I just saw it in the scorecard and am really impressed.

When they sold me the ad they were really nice, and what sold me was that its in my area and didn't cost more than $500. its hard for small business to get that many eyes on our sign without spending grands.

First of all, before i bought an ad from Bench Craft I did thorough research on the company. The company deals with about 50,000 customers a year on average. If they only have 111 complaints with the BBB in last three years, thats doing good. Not every body can be pleased. Dell has worse reviews than these guys. I bought an ad from Bench Craft in October of 2011, for a golf course in south florida. I was going to be placed in their course guides for a full 12 months for $395. The sales rep was very honest, polite, and considerate of my time. When I bought my ad I was given confirmation that the payment was made. In December the guides hit the course a month late, which was fine because I was informed of the change. It is now January, and me and my husband got our first client from the guide. The guy said he was recommended by the course, he saw we were a preferred vendor there and he plays every saturday at the course. We are showing him a few properties next week.

This is an excelent Company what the heck is everyone talking about. Massage buisness trippled from my add on the first hole.

Wow am I glad I got this phone call from one of the reps at Bench Craft! This is the best investment I've ever made on advertising. They are putting me in front of people that have the money to afford me and hopefully they kept the score card for bragging rights on a good game of golf! I was really scared when i read these reviews after i purchased an ad..I tried to get my money back but they said no(i did sign a contract). I did get what i paid for my ad is out on the course and i have had a few calls...my experience was not that bad..

Awesome way to get your name out - for the right biz. My ad has been on Palm Beach National for 5 months now and the response was great. I initially talked to Mary Rockwell - she promised me a spot on a par 5 and that's where I was! She was a doll to talk to and work with - super straight forward and I love how she didn't try and feed me any B S. I'll def be renewing my space. Thanks Mary!

I just started my business relationship with Bench Craft Company. I keep reading these terrible reviews about them over charging credit cards. That certainly is not the case. I am a new company with financial limits. Ace Jones let me put down a $100 deposit and not a penny more was charged to my card! I have all faith in this company and look foward to a long and prosperous relationship with them. It seems to me that a company that does 30,000 plus transations a year is doing very good to have only 117 complaints to the Better Business Bureau in the last three years. Do the math. Which they have resolved. You can check yourself. I feel when people have a small problem they scream at the top of their lungs but when things are good they don't bother to write a good review. Ever since we partnered with Bench Craft 13 years ago, they have provided excellent customer service, as well as an impressive line of products, including benches, ball washers, scorecards, and tee signage. The local advertising is handled by them, which is definitely a big help for us since we are very active with other projects. As the need arises at one of our courses, they will handle it. I want to say thanks to Bench Craft for all they do for us.

I've had my company featured on a few different golf courses for the past 5 years. They are great, I have had great exposure and word of mouth about my business. My company will be doing more business with Benchcraft in the future.

Bench craft, is a great tool for marketing. It may take a little bit for your stuff to reach the course,but when it does it works. Since when did waiting for something mean it wasn't worth it. The whole reason you may wait is because its such a popular marketing tool. I reserved my signs a year ahead of time, and it was worth it. = satisfied customer.

I love this company!! They gave me an opportunity to feature my house cleaning company infront of the perfect demographic. These people that post bad reviews are crazy. I too paid $375 and spoke to a Rep. Name Carl Brown. He was honest and up front about everything. My business is growing and I thank Bench Craft company for that! Well worth the money.

I have used this company to advertise locally for years, and I have never had a complaint! It's not that hard to give them your picture and logo, and presto- they make a bench sign. You can go see it at the golf course whenever you want. Sounds like you guys are too lazy to pick up a phone when you have a problem....

I am a Realtor in Scottsdale Az and i was featured in a course guide book? I'm not a golfer so I don't even know what that is, anyways I was contacted by 2 golfers with a beautiful home. I did sell the house within one month of it being listed. This ad paid for itself and so much more. Thank you Benchcraft and McCormick Ranch!

The folks were as helpful as could be with the limited graphics we had to start with. They created the most beautiful sign for our wine bar! We have used their design for our menu and letterhead. thanks BCC!!!

Bench Craft provides us with excellent yardage books for our golfers, and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product.
