      Practicing law for over 20 years, Matt is a native Oregonian who enjoys working directly with his clients; no one gets shuffled off to an inexperienced lawyer. As a solo practitioner, Matt is allowed the opportunity to get to know his clients and find the best solution for them. Changing laws within our government require an attorney who is up-to-date with all of the estate planning tax implications. After 20 years as a member of the Oregon State Bar, Matt has seen most scenarios when it comes to estate planning and understands the nuances necessary with such a delicate situation. Business start-up is essential for the improvement of our economy. Mr. Daily's experience is available for those individuals ready to change the world or live out their dreams.
