I've literally spent thousands of hours in the courtroom and I've handled over 200 jury trials. I am an active member of both the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Romano has personally tried hundreds of jury and bench trials as lead counsel, conducted numerous grand jury proceedings and civil depositions, and has spent literally thousands of hours in the courtroom. Mr. Romano stays current with changes in the law and trends in the areas in which he practices by consistently exceeding the minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements set by the Oregon State Bar and by maintaining membership and participating in private organizations and workgroups that promote legal advocacy.
