On October 1, 2019 Wood Waste Management delivered mulch to my driveway and ripped off a 14 foot limb of my Japanese maple tree that was more than 10 feet above the ground. Other deliveries made to our driveway with similar trucks have had no problem avoiding the tree in the past because they had the wherewithal to put the bed of the truck down before driving off. We have repeatedly called over the past week and the company has not apologized, not reimbursed us any amount, has ignored multiple calls and when finally did put a manager on the phone they are blatantly rude and will not begin to hold a conversation. I highly advise not using this company, as they seem to think a limited liability waiver means they can be completely negligent and rude to their customers.

The staff here are friendly, prompt, and flexible. The prices are reasonable, both for dropping off and for product. This is a great local business!
