      To: Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella PLLC 225 Water St Exeter NH To the Editor The Town of Lee Attorney: Somers clarified to the board that they should precede like RULIPA doesnt apply and have him make a presentation not using RLUIPA. Attorney Somers Clarified to the board that they should address in good faith, the variance criteria. In order for RLUIPA to have relevance, need to determine whether the provisions of it apply; is it a religious institute, religious exercise. A court would decide this, not the board. The Law firm Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella PLLC according to the web handles RULIPA cases and should know what the law and court decisions mean. To in my opinion (and you can make your own for Lee Town Attorneys Somers words are quoted) this attorney gave advise to the Lee NH ZBA to ignore the law and court decisions to make a decision on government wrongs and to inflict harm on homeless US Military Veterans. It is not like this letter is a private commu
