My mother has been at the home for almost a year and she is so happy living there. The staff is so good to her, she loves the food and the activities they have for the folk living there as well. It is so nice to see her so happy where she is and it makes us all very happy that she is happy. The staff is wonderful to all the folks that as well as to us when we come to see mom. Mom was born in Portsmouth and has lived there all her life and it is so nice to have a home for her in the town she was born in of this quality, thank you all very much for making mom so happy in the past year.

Our family is very happy that there was an opening for my Dad when there was - he's lived in Portmouth all of his life and we were hoping that he could remain in the community he's loved for so long. We never expected that he would join such a beautiful and caring community, though! The staff is like our own family and the building is a beautiful addition to the historic neighborhood. Dad has really gotten used to the diningroom atmosphere at meals, and has joined the men's group. We couldn't ask for a better experience during the admission process - the staff helped us feel like this was such an easy choice - I can't even believe now that we were worried about it at all. We highly reccommend that you call the Home and get a tour - you'll want to move in tomorrow!
