Hello good morning I have been going to your Landry mat since you have been open. Well I went there today and as my husband is dropping me off he was backing up to the door and there is a lady in the no parking zone, beeping at us she wanted to get out and so my husband and this lady are now having words with each other he sore at her so she gets out of her car and now she gos in side to tell the lady whats going on so my husband gos in to well it turns out she works there and thats bad she was in a hurry and told she was turning him in

most people that complain about the laundromat being filthy nine out of ten times they are refereing to their home,i have been using the bubble for the past 4 yearsa it's always clean the staff is very helpful if you need help.it's the cleanest laundromat in dutchess county,the ones on upper main street are pit stys,

I have been coming here since it opened. I love this laundromat everyone is friendly and they are very nice. I am employed there now as a second job. We do our best to make every costumer happy but sometimes it is hard to do so because they all ready have an attitude when they come in to use our Facilities and those costumer u can not please them.

I was a regular customer of this business until Sept 28, 2014. We were told by the police officer that the laundromat management was calling the station every hour because the business did not want customers pulling up to the door to unload there cars. No tickets were given but there was a verbal warning not to do it again. When I ask the manager about contacting the owner/owners regarding this issue, I was explained to that NO information can be given out about them and if I wrote a letter it would be given to them when they came in. . . This is NOT a way to run a business, communication (email, text message, tweet, etc.) with your customers is ALWAYS important .

I started going to this place of business because it was clean,As we were there attendant was was dust mopping floor and it was kept quite clean.Today we go in and the attendant was on phone,waiting on customers with phone glued to her ear (RUDE) the floors were filthy attendant did not even check the folding tables I had to wash table myself while attendant sat in her little corner with phone glued to her ear NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

I recently moved to the area and was looking forward to using this ultra modern laundry mat. After the second time doing my laundry I noticed spots on my clothing. At first I thought maybe my son left something in his pocket but then the third time I had the same experience. The final time I went there I washed sheets only. Every set of sheets looked as if they were stained by oil. When I asked the attendant if other customers had complained about the same type of stains she said yes consistently. I left my name, contact information, the amount of sheets ruined and turned in their laundry card. The attendant told me she doubted that anyone would ever contact me and true to her statement, I have never heard from anyone. I would NEVER recommend going to this establishment. THEY ARE THE WORST!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS, FIND ANOTHER LAUNDRY MAT:(
