In response to a previous review, what's happened is that Bottini Oil now owns Valley Oil. Apparently, it's supposed to be a secret, because the trucks now come in a plain white wrapper. I had an awful time getting a delivery a few months ago, despite being a long time Valley customer and a senior, which they know. The office staff was rude, complete disinterested in helping and I was told I wouldn't be running out if I had automatic delivery. I haven't had automatic delivery for many years and have managed quite well. Based on what I've read, that didn't seem to help people much. I'm guessing Bottini customers were getting deliveries first. I'm done. I'm also disappointed.

Not sure what has changed since 2011 or 2012 but the office staff is not as polite as they used to be. If you don't mind a little snark with your low oil prices, you'll be fine. The office staff if they make an error will lie to their management instead of owning up to the mistake. The drivers are polie as can be.

I've used Valley for years. The drivers are really nice guys, and they do a good job. The prices are cheap, and the service is reliable.
