Do NOT rent any units from Summit Storage. There is nothing wrong with the facility (other than the SLOW, CLUNKY, NOISY elevator). The problem lies with management--last raise was 38%! Cost of living 3-4%. They raised rates 38%! You have to call them to get access. Nobody is on site (like it used to be), they'll lock you at at a moments notice after they don't get a payment (even though they never send statements or call you if they can't find your check!). This place is just too much of a hassle. Don't use them. DO NOT RENT FROM SUMMIT STORAGE. YOU. WILL. REGRET. IT.

This place sucks. No one on site. Always have to call. They use a management company to handle their money, they only accept money orders and they lose them. Lock you out of your unit. Very hard to gather ahold of. Only gave one star bcuz it's required.
