No more... I will NOT go back. They inspected my truck 3 wks ago. The one wheel they pulled, was not put back on right. Lug nuts loosened up 3 days later and started falling off. I did not associate this with their work at first. THEN a week or so later they worked on my Ford Explorer . I don't drive a lot but had it gone over, tuned up, serviced and braked checked. We made it from this area all the way to the state line and heard 2 loud "Pops" It was driving ok, and I thought maybe something on the interstate flew up and hit it underneath... NO... once again lug nuts. WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. 3 of the lug nuts had come off and 2of them broke off. One of the 2 left was so loose, Only one was down tight and IT HAD BEEN STRIPPED. IT cost us nearly $300 to repair, a lost vacation day, and a night in a very expensive hotel we would have never stayed at...

be careful...THESE DAMN PEOPLE CAN KILL YOU...

Easily the least professional and classless business I've ever dealt with and the epitome of why the car sales business has such a terrible reputation, which I was actually told by their credit manager, "We know this business has a less than glamorous reputation, and as a Christian backed organization we do everything we can to change that perception by treating our customers right, so you don't have to worry about that".

My experieince at Crossroads Ford Mazda was excellent. Ronnie Morgan was very professional and down to earth. He listened to what I wanted and the price range I needed and was able to put me in a beautiful 2012 Mazda. He provided me different options however never tried to sway my opinion but allowed me to make the choice I wanted. I would most deffinately shop there again for my next car.
