Wow! What fantastic customer service! Thank you to Bill and his crew (huge shout out to Ben) for going above and beyond what was necessary or expected! They found a way to stabilize the towing of our Tiny Home, when we initially thought there wasn't a solution. Before we got to them, all we could reach was 40 mph without fish tailing, after about an hour we were back on the road with a full stabilizer system, at a great price, and can now tow our Tiny house going 70 mph! They also had other hard to find parts in their store, and totally took care of us when Bill realized we had a screw stuck in one of our rear trailer tires, that was leaking air at a pretty rapid rate. We initially didn't hold out much hope with it being a holiday weekend, but we are so pleasantly surprised by this team and the amazing customer service they gave us! Thank you guys! You ROCK!
