I hired All Phase Heating and Cooling to replace an old oil furnace, create two heating zones and do duckwork for one more room.
This work consisted of two steps:
1. Replace the old oil furnace and oil burner with new ones. Make two zones. Connect one zone to existing registers and attach two more registers to this zone. Dispose the old furnace.

2. Connect the second zone to another separate room - install three registers and one return.

They took over $6000.00 and ran away. Not even finishing the step 1:
the old furnace was not removed from our basement;
one old register is not connected at all;
the oil burner is not installed professionally - All Phases heating contractor doesn't have enough qualification to install oil burners. During the oil burner installation they violated the manufacturer procedures. So, it voids the manufacturer warranty.

My wife spent two months asking them to remove the old furnace. They disrespect their customers.

They never replied to my emails. They rejected to give me the owner's full name and his license #.

Since July 25 they started to make fun of me and my wife.
Each week they started to schedule an appointment to finish the work.
Aug. 1; Aug. 8; Aug. 15 and yesterday Aug. 23.

Each appointment nobody showed up to do the work. Nobody called me that they will be late. Nobody call me to reschedule the appointment. When I call the office they say the workers on their way to my house. So, each time I waited all day long. but nobody showed up.

Yesterday (Aug.23) I was waiting for them to complete the work. The work was schedule from 9.00AM to 11.00AM. At 9.00 I talked to Maureen. She told me that technicians are on their way to my house.
Nobody showed up. Nobody called me toreschedule the appointment.

Bad poor company. Lack of qualification to do HVAC work.
They disrespect their customers and make fun of them.

I was in real trouble. I had frozen pipes and no heat on 2 levels of my home. I had a new furnace installed the month prior and that company wouldn't service me because I don't buy my oil from their company. ALL PHASE figured out the problem was with a faulty install of the furnace, fixed it, and told me it could take a while to thaw all the pipes. I did what they said and within one week everything was running smoothly. The men are very polite and knowledgeable. Very satisfied customer!

I liked them right away. They had no problem speaking to a woman, which is huge to me. My air condition was looked at and they told me what was wrong and they gave me three choices with prices. My husband and I made a selection and gave them a deposit and I was told the office would call me with a time.I got that call within 10 minutes or less. They came back today to do the job. The two men that came today were not the two men that came the first time. All four were kind, they new their business, and the didn't try to cheat us. I would recommend them to anyone. I am two for two calling Home Adviser. Thank you.

Peter was knowledgeable and analyzed the heat blockage problem. He was the only one out of 3 contractors who saw straight through the problem and immediately offered an actual solution. He was also especially knowledgeable about old radiators and encouraged me that he could fix it or else he would only charge a minimum amount for the work he'd done before he moved on to further do additional work to correct the problem. In essence he saved the old radiator by adding a cleanout and re-arrainging improperly done plumbing that added to the heating problem. I also learned a great deal about our heating system that I never would have known concerning the 2 zones thanks to Peter happily explaining everything to me. He even offered to help get a cheaper oil company for us at a substantial cost reduction. The workmen stayed on the job for at least 3 hours and thus earned their pay satisfactorily and kept to the original estimate. My 90 year old Mom is happy that her plants won't freeze in the breezeway now !
