Stay away! Customer service to these guys mean taking their customers for as much as they can and pretending to provide a service.

The reviewer on 3/11/2010 posted miss information. This had nothing to do with a furnace. Customer hire company to work with insurance company for hail damaged air conditioner on a contingency basis after insurance comapny gave him the money. We asked when we could start the job. He said he never hired us and he hired another company. He sent a letter to BBB and they agreed with company. We will be glad to show anybody the paperwork he agreed to.

These guys took advantage of my 65 year old father by telling him his furnace was bad and shutting the furnace off. They then co-erced him into signing what he thought was a quote. My father than called another company who did a complete Carbon Monoxide test only to find that the furnace was fine and that Vigil and Smith tried to just take advantage of a senior in the community and actually made him sign a contract. The furnace wasn't even bad. Ny father just wanted a check to ensure all was ok with it and these guys wanted to replace the whole enite system for $5100 dollars. My father paid the service and fee and they left. Then come two weeks down the road and they are asking my father when they can go in and replace the furnace. My father was perplexed by this as he had not made any arrangements or committments to this company whatsoever. They then started threatening my father with a lawyer and the lawyer told my father that it wouldn't really probably amount to anything. Well low
