      I've been looking for a trainer who could help build straighten my posture and get me stronger, and that's what I found at Functional Body Shop. These two are awesome and very knowledgeable. Even better they are run a professional studio that will get results.

      Functional BODYSHOP is a small boutique style studio serving the PUYALLUP/SOUTH hill neighborhood. We train ALL fitness levels and goals using a variety of training modes including: strength training. H. I. I. T. . Functional circuit training. And dance fitness. OUR studio Doesn't employ weights. Or machines. Instead we USE a variety of functional equipment including to train for STREGNTH. Endurance. Balance. And more. OUR overall goal is to GET YOU moving more. And feeling better from the inside OUT. NOW is the time to LET US design your individualized fitness and health blueprint for a healthier and more functional YOU for life!.
