When I brought my machines in for service the staff were exceptional in their expertise in dealing with a problem machine and honest about what I should do with it. The estimate on costs were accurate and the time it would take was accurate as well.

Amazing staff, very helpful and caring

I've been a customer with this company for over 10 years. I've never been disappointed in the availability of sewing/embroidery machines and vacuums. It's amazing that they stock all of the accessories for all of their products. On top of that, the staff is wonderful. Smart and well informed. They are available to teach you how to use the product you have purchased. Have a problem understanding how to use one of the fantastic sewing/embroidery machines techniques? Just call or drop in for a hands on 'show me how' again as there is a lot to learn from the machines that they have available for you to use to embellish your project using embroidery designs from well known companies - tablecloths, denim jackets, T-shirts. Make a tote, table runner, quilt, you just made in one of their classes. Not only the staff is super but the owners will to talk with or email them and you will get a response.
