Ace did a great job cleaning 5 orientals and repairing a 3" x 5" moth hole in one of them. I can't see the repair! Very good communication about moth infestation in rugs and costs of treating them. I'll be back.

My husband took in my kitchen rug and Ace came out and cleaned my carpet. Excellent cleaning. I've had my carpet cleaned before by others but the machine they use seemed so much more advanced or powerful. They did a much better job cleaning than the other companies I've used in the past. Easy to work with. I'm recommending them to all my friends.

Ace Rug has been cleaning my carpet and oriental rugs for years. I have always been very IMPRESSED. They are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I usually just tell my friends but saw the following post and was prompted to defend Ace Rug. They are always kind to me. I can't imagine the review from Tar Heel could ever be true. Maybe that's a competitor posting that review because all my friends use Ace Rug and never ever have they ever told me anything bad about them. They have the best reputation around and they've been around for as long as I can remember. They couldn't possibly stay in business acting like Tar Heels review states.
