The tech tried to tell me one of the parts was not functioning at capacity. The unit is a top tier Trane & 3 yrs old. I was especially concerned with making sure the air cond line be cleared. He cut the pipe, gave a tiny puff by mouth. Made a comment that sounded negative & sealed it back.
***Since the service over a month ago, ARS calls my phone with solocitations EVERY MORNING! and will not cease or take my number off their call list. Today I’ve had to file a complaint with Home Depot. I am a 75 yr old & ill. I would recommend NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY & their shifty techs! I never write negative reviews but this company applies STALKING by phone. STAY AWAY.

My AC unit was acting up one year. And I called for someone to come out to look at it they said that it wasn't nothing wrong with it. The winter came so I didn't have no reason to turn on my AC but the next summer the AC unit just turned completely off. I called someone again and still had to pay for them to come but Ajmer was so nice and professional. He fixed the unit in the heat and he told me about the discounts that was available. I think the next time I have an issue I don't want to deal with nobody besides him. The other people that came out the first made a bad impression for the company. I really was thinking about calling another but I always give chances.

Call anyone except ARS for plumbing problems. They charged my elderly parents $219 to replace the rubber flapper in the toilet. It is a $5 part. They "fixed" it in 10 min. The next morning the toilet was still running. They had not fixed it. My dad had to repair it. I feel like ARS took advantage of them & gouged them with high prices. For that price they could have replaced the entire toilet. I emailed ARS & they did not care to respond. The only reason I gave them one star is because there was nothing lower.
