Founded in 1969, BASS, NIXON & KENNEDY practices in the areas of mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, as well as land surveying. The company offers consulting services for owners, architects, engineers and contractors. It employs engineers and land surveyors who serve clients in government, educational, institutional and commercial fields. BASS, NIXON & KENNEDY offers site planning and permitting and cost inspection and study services. It has worked on several projects, such as Two Hannover Building, Wake County Public Safety Facility, Ram's Club Expansion and Football Center, Minges Coliseum University, Student Recreation Center at East Carolina University, Research IV Building at the North Carolina State University Centennial Campus and Scientific Research Initiative Building for Duke University.
