Another horrible experience; my experience is similar to the other negative review. Owner refused to reply to very polite email injuries, even with me writing "Please reply to this when you have time." Employees promised owner will return call about defective sofa (sits like a park bench- absolutely nothing like the floor model). Owner never called. "All sales final" is their mantra. Well, they did offer to WALK on my cushions to "break them in," which is absurd for a $1500 sofa. I have some experience in home furnishings industry myself and would never treat a polite but dissatisfied customer as they have treated me--with complete disdain. They SAY they're willing to do everything to make you happy--talk is cheap. They don't care. BEWARE--even in court, you might not get to question the owner. The judge cut me off despite a substantial paper trail I had, including phone logs, showing how often I called, emailed--too bad. All sales final. Try Norwalk on Glenwood. MUCH better.

Horrible customer service. Upholstered furniture looks like a home economics project gone bad. Seams aren't straight and cording is wobbly. Too much material on one side causing bunching. Owner was unwilling to make this right or refund any portion. He also wouldn't respond to any emails sent in an attempt to resolve the issue like a professional business owner should.

Dexter is the very best furniture you can buy I bought a sofa and a chair. I could not be happier. Before you shop at Thomasville furniture please think twice I made a big mistake when I did. I am retired Decorator. It is so nice that Dexter furniture is made in the USA top notch and will return.
