The Golden Corral located in Colonial Heights, Virginia has a manager name cristy that she is always treating the employees like they are the worst people in the planet and she(cristy) went as far as hitting an employee on 25 July 2017. If this is the way they conduct business someone needs to report them to a higher agency. If i witness another incident like the one i saw on 25 July i will contact the newspapers and tv news and let them see how employees are getting mistreated. I honestly don't have any idea way this person still has a job. I have being around food service for over 25 years i had never treated no one like the way she do and i will never allow for no one to treat anybody like she do.

My son and I visited Golden Corral (982) in Hattiesburg, MS, as I was paying for the buffet I stated to the General manager Paul Miller that we were military his response was we do t offer military discount to the family only the service member. After sitting down to eat the server brought to the table a card that says help the military families when they themselves don't support the military families. I wouldn't recommend anyone spend thier hard earned money in this establishment especially the Hattiesburg, MS LOCATION

I have never in my life have experienced a buffet like this. The restaurant was not ready to be open. We waited to pay. Most of the items were not available. Two cooks, two waitresses. Plastic forks. No silverware. No pizza. Only 3 soda selections. The manager said the rest of the staff was in jail. We were at the Schereville Indiana. Never again.

My husband and I went to the Gulfport restaurant on May 8,2015. When we went to sit down an argument erupted between the manager and a waitress. They were yelling across the restaurant at each other. We went to get our food and my husband asked the manager a question. The manager was rude with his response. The waitress did come and apologize for the incident. The manger didn't. About 5 minutes later the manager goes to the back and again him and the waitress start yelling at each other again. We will not be going back!

Ate at Golden Corral in Falmouth, VA and will never go back. Found a hair in the food and the bathrooms were disgusting. I informed the waitress and manager of this and they acted like they really didn't care. No refund either.

I was in restaurant last night, Huntsville, Alabama, with family out of town. You have some rude management I have ever seen. I go in there at least twice a week and ask for same waitress because s hh e is the best one they have. The manager called her over got in her face fussed her out for a table that was not hers. She tried to explain and he fired her. He did this in front of customers. When she went out the door several customers were chasing her down to give her there tips. This is not the first time I have seen things like this. I will not be back. You need to check on your management.

My husband and I have eaten great good at three of your locations. Muskogee, OK., Galveston Island,TX., and in Tulsa on 71st & Mingo. Great food. Great meat loaf. Great fried chicken, great mashed potatoes.

The Golden Corral in Scherellville,IN is very disgusting!!!! Getting out the car, saw diapers, garbage, and hair extensions in the lot. Not one waiter came to us or checked on us!! Our plates were piled up. The team looked like they didn't even want to be there. Attitudes and laziness. So many tables were left unwiped and the atmosphere was filthy. Saw workers drinking while the on the job and standing around barely doing anything. One of our guests threw up and we looked for someone and they literally said "man, I don't know what we should do, hold on" then someone comes out and mops it up. .."on carpet???!!" They didn't even have the decency to clean it all up. The guy didn't smile and acted like he didn't even want to be there. Then another guest asked one of the cooks for salsa for nachos and the cook literally said "we have spaghetti sauce, its really good." REALLY???!!!! COME ON!!! WHAT KIND OF RESTAURANT ARE THEY RUNNING. MY FAMILY AND I HAD TO GET UP AND PERSUE WORKERS TO GIVE US REFILLS??!!! IM SO ANGRY. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN. Corporate needs to hire a spy and review the disgusting service, if its even considered service, to watch and review this restaurant. Ive never been anywhere so filthy and service-less. My family and I lost our appetite and just left. Please do something about this. I was more-so mad about a family who came in 15mins after us and received device...???! I'm so disgusted and bitter after this experience. This location gets no stars from me!! The worse dinning experience ever!!!!

No stars!!!!!! The establishment on Lawrenceville hwy in Decatur, GA was horrible!!!! It was filthy everywhere. We had to wait more than 5 min to wait on the waitress to clean a table for us to sit at because not one table was clean for a party of 5. A lot of the food was not that hot or fresh. There store rating was an 84 and from what the establishment looked liked,it should be a 64!!! I will be contacting corporate and I will be checking up to see if corporate does anything. If they don't I will be contacting officials about how disgusting the place is! I was a manager at a food establishment, I know about inspections and codes.

I was treated so rudely by the cook there when i asked for a stake i was yelled at and to told to come back in 5mins and to stop bugging him when it was my first time i asked him for one and my handicap son ask him for a taco and he told him to get it for himself i was so upset that we were treated so badly

Do NOT ever eat at Palm Coast, Florida Coral. Filthest bathrooms and just plain dirty. I called to report at headquarters and receptioniest was rudest ever.
