I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep. He said the serviceman could be to my home in less than 2 hours and just as promised he showed up. He was awesome! For being so young, he is very professional, efficient and I felt like he really wanted to handle the repair without putting the screws to us as far as money goes. He even swept my garage when he was done. I already told two of my friends about them and will be sure to keep their number on hand should I need them again.
