They came out to our house a couple days after we called them, but the day we did call him, he took the courtesy of going over to our plumber who took the video of our sewage and took the video without our permission. After he came and talked to us and went over what he though we could do, he quit contacting us. We called him about the estimate several times and returning our DVD and he wouldn't talk to us, and they won't return our calls. Not a very professionall company, and wouldn't recomend them to anyone.
