They did a good job in my car but they took a long time to get my car ready and didn't even bother to call me to warn me my car wasn't ready when they told me it was going to be - resulting in me showing up there and not getting my car -. Also when I took it in for the first assessment they didn't even look at it in detail! The lady just looked at it as it was parked at their shop. I asked her if they were going to take a look underneath and she said it wasn't necessary, as it turned out it was necessary since afterwards when my car was in their shop they found more damage and had to call in more parts. This resulted in longer time and higher price! If they had done a good job in the assessment from the beginning it would have saved me a lot of time and hassle! Especially since I had to call them constantly because they wouldn't call me back - as we agreed - to let me know when and if my car was going to be ready on time. The work was ok but they are very unprofessional otherwise.

These guys are great. Fast and very courteous service and outstanding work. They even did a second job on my car when we discovered there was a part that got missed (a misunderstanding that was MY fault) with no protest whatsoever. Highly recommended!
