This has to be the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Paid in full, then what happens? They don’t bother to let anyone else know. So big surprise when a judgement still shows up. And good luck getting anyone to actually do anything (or even take your phone call, for that matter) After they took your money. Kind of funny that everyone here had to pay HUNDREDS of dollars more than they owed for fees they can’t even explain. Sounds like stealing to me.. oDo yourself a favor if you are ever unfortunate enough to have to deal with these morons, and get a lawyer right from the start. Otherwise they will lie, steal and manipulate you with false information. You can be as polite and kind as possible to them, and everyone I had ever talked to was rude, even got hung up on more than once. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I highly encourage everyone to do the same. This company clearly needs the karma it has coming to them, and that’s the only way anything will be done about it.

Crooked, lying, stealing, just to get me started! Pay them but they won't pay your bill or report it paid!! So much work to prove you paid these thieves pay off the company you owe personally! Don't give these thieves a dime. You might as well throw your money and time away dealing with these crooks!!!!!!

This company is a crooked business and should be shut down. They like to take advantage of their clients.
