I will never go back my clothes never seem to get done on time...Whats so hard about heming if thats your job! They need to have someone work thats going to be there all the time no just sometimes!

ON MAY 5th , 2014 DROPPED OF 2 PAIRS OF MY SONS WORK PANTS FOR HEMMING THAT I HAD PURCHASED FOR $ 55.10 . I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON THAT DOES THE SEWING WAS A LITTLE BEHIND BUT THE PANTS WOULD BE DONE ON THUR. THE 15th . I WENT IN TO PICK THEM UP THUR. AFTERNOON BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE DONE TILL THE NEXT DAY . I CAME IN ON MONDAY THE 19th. AND THEY COULDN'T FIND THEM . TODAY IS FRIDAY THE 23rd AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FOUND THE PANTS AND THE GIRL WORKING SAYS THAT SHE CAN'T GIVE ME A REFUND TO REPLACE THE PANTS . I HAVE CHECKED EACH DAY AND THEY NEVER GET BACK WITH ME AND DON'T SEEM TO CARE THAT I AM OUT $55 . I GUESS MY NEXT OPTION WILL BE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU .

The laundry wasn't done on time, had to wait two extra days. Picked up my shirts, one of the three didn't have the sleeves ironed. Brought it back to French's. They ironed it, but then had two creases in each sleeve. Will not use this cleaners if it was the last one in town.
