      The programs and services offered at the Xolistic Health Center are gifts the Mother is passing at this time to help people recover intelligent ways of living in a balanced and harmonious way with our environment. These elements and teachings have been given to Ikaro Phoenix, the director of the Xolistic Health Center by Mama Koginka K'amaru Xue and the Eldest Council of Kogi Mamas who are authorized to bring the Original Knowledge out of the Sierra to help Younger Brother recover these ways. The Kogi Mamas of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta are a pre-Colombian indigenous tribe who have never droped the ways they were instructed in the beginning of how to sustain balance and harmony with all things in nature (whom they call Aluna). Mama Koginka is the only officially ordained Mama, to be recognized and initiated by the Eldest Council of Kogi Mamas, able to live outside of the Sierra and create environments where Younger Brother can return to the Original Living Wisdom of the Mother and be linked with the Kogi Mamas of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and their teachings. This is how the Mother organized for the Original Knowledge she passed to the people in the beginning held by the Eldest Kogi Mamas of the Sierra Nevada to be passed out of the Sierra to Younger Brother. Ikaro Phoenix after over 15 years of apprenticeship with Mama Koginka and 10 with the Eldest Kogi Mamas has been authorized and permitted by the Eldest Council of Kogi Mamas and Mama Koginka to be a legitimate and reliable holder of this knowledge and have given their permission for him to begin to pass these teachings to people who would like learn.
