0 stars would not be low enough to rate this salon (even though my rating has 1 star since it wouldn't allow me to post otherwise). I called gaetanos after my regular hair stylist had to cancel my appointment and the girl at the front desk told me they had an opening after I explained I needed both a cut and color. When I finally arrived at gaetanos the man that was supposed to cut my hair called the girl at the front desk over to tell her my hair was too long and that he wouldn't be able to cut it today so she proceeded to ask if I wanted to reschedule for another day. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever gone and their employees should learn to handle customers more appropriately or at least learn some fcking manners. No wonder why everyone else in the Bridgewater area gets their hair done at Splash even though its double the price. I would pay triple the price to avoid something that embarrassing happening again. I love Gaetanos!! I needed to get my hair done for a bat mitzvah and i need a person to be there. I was willing to get my hair done at 8:00 am, one hour before the party, but the hair stylist Kolbi was willing to come Earlier before her really shift and before the shop opened! I was very pleased! My hair Stayed for two days curly even with one shower it stayed!! I love this place! I recommend it!!

Great...After having a dreadful experience, and the last salon closed, I was in a flurry to find someone asap..close to Christmas, The Owner answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and made the transition very easy. Very professional. I walked from salon to salon in the B/Mall area and was met with unsatisfactory salons and people. Thank you for being so accomodating to a stranger and assisting us in need. I look forward to visiting in the future.

Have been going there almost 2 years and I am very pleased with their services. My hair has never been in better condition due to the expert coloring done by Jeannie, and Guy Sr. gives wonderful haircuts. They are 5 star in my book!
