The nail technicians weren't warm and friendly, but they were courteous and professional. I got a very good pedicure without any waiting. The only problem is they kept tacking on extra charges and services without saying anything - a run-of-the-mill pedicure suddenly became a "spa pedicure" (the only difference seemed like more foot lotion??), with a "ten minute massage" (pounding on my calves for a couple minutes for no apparent reason?), etc etc. They even charged me extra for the nail polish! It ended up costing me more than $60, which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS when I could get a "real" spa pedicure with hot stone therapy at another (MUCH nicer) local place for $50 or just a normal pedicure for $25. I might go back, but I'll agree on the price beforehand!
