I have done business with Lowes ever since they opened for business in Redding. The give me a military discount and their selection and service is the best. They also put on a nice feed bag for those involved in the Carr Fire. Free food, free cleaning supplies, work gloves, plastic containers, free rake and shovel, all at no expense. Those other guys known as HD didn't bother lifting a finger to help those who had losses from the Carr Fire. Lowes is the best and they treat their customers great. I refuse to visit the other guys. Lowes has everything I need and there is never any hastle.

This Lowes sucks.... They told us a week before delivery our fridge was in the warehouse and we were waiting for our delivery date. The night before delivery they called to say they needed two more weeks to get the fridge from the manufacturer. They told us we could have the display model. We had asked to buy that when we were in the store originally and they said no. When they delivered the display model it had dings and scratches in it. We refused it. Then I called the store manager and demanded a total refund she didn't seem surprised or really care. I got the feeling customers ask for a refunds a lot. I used to live in San Jose. I loved the Lowes there, they were wonderful I NEVER had a problem with them. I will never go back to the Redding store again. It was a very bad exoerience.

This place is great their appliances are real inexpensive and they have great financing plans if you want to pay monthly for something.
