The best Thai food in the local area. One must travel into Los Angeles to get better Thai food. I always judge how good a Thai restaurant is by how good their pad thai is. Papaya Bay has delicious pad thai. I have returned to try many other dishes, and have not yet found a dish which tasted poorly.
