I do not recommend there service. Install price cost three times what was quoted. When you have a problem with your service it cost a fortune to have it repaired because you pay by the hour from when they leave their shop until they return. The service guy took a 2 hour nap in his truck in my parking lot while I was paying to have service done. I had to many problems with this company to even list.

We had an alarm installed and once the initial contract for monitoring was up the AUTOMATCALLY renewed it even after we wrote a letter as the contract says that you must. . They claimed that they never received our letter. When we call we are treated disrespectfully and threatened with legal action. Stay far far away from these folks they are EXTREMELY dishonest and unprofessional. They are STILL charging our credit card and we are now working with the Attorney General's Office.
