The Owner is very rude. When he didn't like what I asked he started cursing and calling out me and my family. I can't even write the things that he said on here. There are way better companies in the area that treated me with respect.

Beware - Very bad service. He came and gave us an estimate of $195.00 to do the job (He was an hour later than he said that he would be there). We agreed, when he showed up an hour late.- the price had gone up to 270, and hour and a half later there was another charge of $65 to remove the stuff. Then he did not have the correct blowers - even though he had been in the crawl space to give us the quote. He came back the day after, and installed the correct blowers - OH and btw there is a charge for the blowers - note that he told me about this charge AFTER he had already installed them.



He is definitely NOT recommended, he is not very pleasant to work with, and not professional in the least. He is definitely a scam. Please stay away from him. I don't want to give him a star he is that bad. Yelp is making me give a star.

John the owner is the Biggest SCAM ARTIST I have ever dealt with! Scams the customer and the insurance companies! Beware and DON'T Hire this Company!

SCAM ALERT! This man comes into your home, creates an atmosphere of anger and hate towards your insurance company and convinces you he knows exactly what the insurance company has to do. His proposals are very vague, he leads you to believe he is going to take care of everything, but then he surprises you with his buddies. He starts the work, does not finish, harasses for payment, and leaves you worse-off than you were before he came into the picture. He isn't licensed to do business within the city limits of Reno, NV. Everyone must report this so-called contractor to the Nevada Board of Contractors! If you see this man coming, run in the other direction as fast and as far away from him as you can....BAD NEWS!!!

I would NEVER do business with this company! The man was so rude, cussed me out and yelled at me! Dont EVER go here! Wouldnt even recomend to my worst enemy! Would give them negative stars if I could!!

Our laundry room and basement flooded at midnight and a plus was there within 45 minutes. This man not only relieved our fears and started mopping up the flood immediately but he went beyond. He made arrangements at a hotel so my husband who has breathing problems wouldn't be exposed to everything in the air. he even gave us cash for breakfast or any other emergencies. The house was so clean and dry (he brought in a housekeeper)that even a bad event like a flood turned into a positive experience knowing there are still business owners with integrity out there.

Beware. Took a bad experience (flood) and made it worse even when it was over. Look elsewhere
