Today I was having trouble with a certain material and I could not get my machine to sew it. Without even a second thought Incalled and Natalie was so helpful. She walked me through everything that could have been the problem. She was so knowledgeable. Finally it all came down to the thread I was using and the size of needle. Then she also gave me extra advise for the rest of my project. I can not say enough about these people and the great service they give.
