Instead, I help you to look at your emotions from a comfortable working distance. Together we validate what you genuinely feel and then use those emotions to guide you out of the stuck place. As an experienced psychiatrist who devotes a lot of time and attention to each person, I want to help you to come to know and trust your own deepest feelings and values. This will free you to move your life forward in a positive direction.
