Attorney Henning sent me a letter dated April 9th 2008 stating that I had 10 days to make a payment or he would start the foreclosure process on my home and charge me $500 + attorney fees. The post mark on this letter was April 23, 2008 -16 days later so there was no way I could have made a payment within 10 days!!! I've left five voice messages and I haven't gotten a return call yet. His voice message says he's out of town but will be returning March 23rd?
