This review is not true. We pride our selves on a clean, safe, healthy environment. This review amounts to libel. It is sniping at the worst degree. I can attest we searched our records and found no evidence of this person ever staying at our facility.. We always grant tours at any time. and we are proud to show off any and all parts of our facility. p.s. we are located in Reynoldsburg Ohio, not Connetticut.

I encourage pet owners to NOT visit or use this facility. If you don't believe me, please ask for a COMPLETE tour of the facilities (including boarding for both cats and dogs). This place should be shut down!!! "IF" the owner will let you in the kennel area, hold your breath or you may pass out from the most vial,putrid, deathly smells known to all mankind. The place is kept clean? You want to leave your beloved pet here? PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT!!! If you want your pet to go home reeking because he/she slept in it's own urine or fecal (or get bathed at YOUR EXPENSE because proper cleaning does not occur), IF you don't mind that there is virtually NO INTERACTION between employees and your loved one and IF you don't mind if your pet is given 1/2 the space (especially around the holidays) and still charged FULL PRICE because the owner closes off 1/2 the dog/cat space then takes another reservation and puts a second pet on the other side of the "unused area"..then this is the place!
