DO NOT use this company, Estes Express Lines aka Big E in Richland, MS. I received a call on Sunday saying my package would be delivered on Monday. Well when I called on Monday I was told it would be delivered the next day. Next day came and they called and said "unfortunately we will not be able to delivered today, it will have to be tomorrow". I went through the same run around for the next couple of days and package was not delivered until FRIDAY! I called the Richland, MS location inquiring about the delivery, the man was not friendly at all and acted like I was imposing for even calling. If you have a choice I would advise you not to use this company!
