I visited Frontline ER recently and was surprised by the service I received. It definitely was the quickest I've ever received medical attention. Not only was there no wait, the quality of service was excellent too. I was greeted right away, the staff was very informative and nice and Dr. Neal helped ease my worries and pain. Having an emergency spring up on you is no fun, but it's great to know that there is a great facility with excellent service just in the neighborhood.

Dr. Neal was absolutely amazing. The staff was all very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I really appreciate this place and will always be back.

This was a great location. I would recommend it to family and friends. I didn't have to wait at all.

BE AWARE! Be carefully when you visit this facility. I went there when i had allergy with some questions and 1 shot injection for medication and i have to pay
1. visit level 4... - $1957
and i also receive bill called " evaluation & Management Service". and I have to pay for $556
TOTAL FOR FIRST VISIT I HAVE TO PAY: $2513
The medication did not work and i visit second time. So after few questions and prescription from Dr. A month later I receive payment bill with "evaluation & Management service" $366 plus $150 co-pay

So total 2 times visited this facility with Allergy i have to pay total: $2879
After insurance I have to pay out of my pocket total: $887.88

RIDICULOUS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The problem here is with their deceptive and excessive billing practices.

I took my daughter in for an allergic reaction that did not affect her breathing but resulted in slightly swollen lips. She was evaluated and given an adrenaline shot and a couple of bottles of benadryl.

These crooks billed us approximately $1400 for a 30 minute non life threatening visit. Keep in mind we have visited other ER locations around 77083 in the past and paid out of pocket for the same exact thing: a shot of adrenaline and some benadryl, and we paid out of pocket under $200 TOTAL.

It is completely atrocious that such a facility will take advantage of people at their most vulnerable time of need. We were told that we wouldn't have to pay any out of pocket costs if we had insurance. Not quite so. They used the old bait and switch on us to enrich themselves.

Save yourself the hassle, use other ER providers and get an upfront cost for service.

Unfortunately, I had to visit the ER last Tuesday after completely wrecking my vehicle. I was extremely nervous and in a lot of pain. However, my visit to this particular ER made things just a little bit better. I was treated with the utmost respect and the employees there showed me that they really cared about each individual that walked in the door. Not to mention that the service was extremely fast, I was in and out in less than a hour. Dr. Ali was very knowledgeable, the RN Sumair was very helpful and sweet! Lots of kudos to the x-ray technician Antoinnette who was able to calm my nerves and make me the laugh the entire time. This was a very bad experience to have to encounter and these individuals allowed me to see the bright side of the entire incident. Thank you for all of your help and I wish everyone the best of luck! God bless you for all the selfless service you provide.
