We closed on our Mitchell Home last year. Our warranty process is great!!! Whenever we call into the Warranty Department, we have answers right away and our issues are speedily addressed. Gosh, where to start... They don't do anything except for put up the house after you do all the work. No clearing, no basement, no well or septic, no final grading, no erosion control, no construction debris removal, they don't even clean the house when they're done, you're responsible for that! Own a tow truck?? If they get a vehicle stuck in your driveway YOU have to pay for getting towed out. Ask to see their contract BEFORE you even get mixed up with these guys, it's all in there. I guess they might hammer the nails if you bring them. Silt fencing alone can cost $6-$12 per foot to get installed,on a one acre home site that could be thousands in hidden costs that they won't tell you about up front. I'm only giving the one star because that's the lowest rating that would register. On a scale of one to ten...I would just hit them with the scale..Buyer beware!
