I have tried every diet on the market. Nothing has worked for me to loose weight. I saw an ad for this place and met with a man name Michael. The nutrition education, the care from the staff, and the exercise program has made all the difference. I have another gym membership and I can apply everything I learn anywhere, anytime.My trainer Brad is a real professional. He explains everything. I have lost weight and inches. I went from a fat blob sitting around not knowing what to do to an educated woman taking care of myself every minute of the day.This is just in 5 weeks.I am writing this for any woman who has heard this all before. I was her.This program is for you. When your friends, family and coworkers assume things about you that are not true because of your fat rolls, life is not fun.
