the best meal i had in three weeks traveling across the USA, Moderate prices, nice staff (not pushing, patient, kind and friendly). I don't remember exact name of the meal, it was something with the word "Riblets" (recommended by our waitress) with a baked potato, southern beans and french toast. I was graving to have a meal in that restaurant on my way back, but weather condition made me to take southern rout. Looking forward to cross Colorado again just for the sake of having a meal in Rib City Grill, well, you know that you can get legally munchy in Colorado

On 11/2/2013 I entered your restaurant, I walked up to the hostess station where she was standing. I was ignored. The manager brought an order to her, he acknowledged me with a friendly "hello". The hostess asked me if that was my order and I told her it was not. She ignored me after that exchange. I stood there for approximately 2 more minutes, she at her station, (she was not busy or doing anything) and me standing at the counter watching her. I heard customers enter behind me, the hostess looked around me asking them how many, (they said 6) and only then did she make eye contact with me and ask me "how many". I just put my hand up, shook my head and left the restaurant. I have eaten at this Rib City for the past 6 years. At one time our group knew the manager and servers by name. I have either been alone or with parties of up to 15 people. I have never been ignored until this visit.

We had take out. The food was great however they messed up our order but were very nice and pleasant to work with about it and compromised the mistake. Very good place to eat!
