Randy and his staff were extremely pleasant to deal with. They made every effort to get out to my home as soon as possible even though they had a full schedule for the day. They understood how upset I was knowing that I had a leak in the wall that was flooding my flooring. I was also nervous about how much the repairs would cost, but they offered a free estimate, and there was no need for me to worry because the price was extremely reasonable. I am so glad that I called Heck Plumbing!!!!!!

Mr. Heck did a great job for us. He was very reasonable and professional. I have used him for all my plumbing needs and will continue to do so. Extremely Honest.

Scheduled an appointment with this plumber, stated he would call first thing in the AM. He did not call or show up for appointment. Furthermore, he will not return calls when messages are left concerning the missed appointment. Horrible way to do business, especially when you are independent and depend on word of mouth.
