Synopsis: Pricey, Poor communication, Poor service, and Poor efficiency! If you need your machine serviced in a timely manner for a fair price, and decent communication on said services expected; this is NOT the shop for you! Go here if you dare! GOOD LUCK!

Details: This service center was referred to me and I regret using them unfortunately because I try to use small business owners when I can but fair is fair and they are not it. I was first charged and $70 diagnostic fee, no issue here, was told I'd get a call in two to three days. Two weeks later I had to call to get an update, I was busy so no big deal. Come to find out, they mixed my number up with someone else's ticket. Fine, they had a mix up, got the price and asked them to proceed so that I could get the machine back. Was told they had the parts on hand and it would be ready next day; took another two days. No problem there either.

I followed up two days later to confirm the machine was ready and get the final charges as their shop is a good 45 minutes to an hour from my house. I couldn't pick up the machine the day it was finally ready and let them know when I could get there. I had an issue as was a day late. I called to let them know I was on the way, no problem they said, machine is here and ready. I asked if I could use a check and was told "no, we only take cash/debit/credit", ok no issue.

I drive an hour to the shop. I wait 15 minutes because the attendant is being slow and talking about everything but business. He now tell me once I finally have his attention that I couldn't use a debit or credit card or they would be charging me additional fees for every $100 spent... why was this not communicated to me any other time after I asked for totals? I was then told that I could go get cash to bypass their fees. He then tells me that they have to charge me for storage fees!!!! Why didn't you tell me all of this information up front so that I could plan accordingly?? Mind you, I'm only a day late from the planned pick up date and they had mixed up my ticket with another customer. The attendant is very unorganized, flighty and aloof. So.... I go and find an ATM, I'm just ready to get my machine and leave at this point. But wait... there's more!

I make my payment, after they nickle and dime me to death and here is the kicker.... the attendant then tells me my machine isn't even on site! They took it to another location. I've been here an hour already at this point. It takes them about 40 minutes to bring my machine from another location. In all, I'm there almost two hours before I can get my machine and go. All in all, this is some of the worst service, misdirection and miscommunication that I have ever experienced. The machine just needed to be turned up after sitting all off season. $513 dollars later, I hope they needed the money, because they will never get another dime of my time or money! And the machine doesn't even sound like it was tuned completed! Just a sad experience.
