Went to DVD east riverside. Spent hours waiting in line to apply for drivers license. Waited 7 weeks but no license. I called on the phone to see what is going on. Was told to come in and ask at the front desk. They couldn't look up my information desk. I had to fill out entire information for like I'm applying for license AGAIN. was given a number. Have been here an hour waiting just so someone can look my picture and information. Bad customer service. Inefficient. Why don't they have. A customer service desk to handle problems?

Trying to get registration activated been to office 3 times paid $222.00for license and sent $14.00 to activate registration and after 6 weeks i am no closer now than when i started service poor and clerks don't care ......
